The Glenelg Villa - Luxury Accommodation right on the beach

The Glenelg Villa is a luxury 2-storey townhouse fully equipped with linen including sheets, towels and beach towels - the beach house has luxurious appointments including a large spa bath in the main bathroom.
The Glenelg Villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and is for your exclusive use, whether 2 or 8 people stay.
There is a large living area with large screen TV, DVD and CD player and a separate dining area.
This stylish home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave oven. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for you.
There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer and full sized ironing board and iron.
Upstairs you will find three generous bedrooms, the main bathroom with a large spa and a separate toilet/powder room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full length glass doors to the balcony overlooking the beach, with spectacular views up and down the coast.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and full length mirrored wardrobes. The third bedroom has a single bed with a trundle. Extra trundle beds can be provided on request.
At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the 4th bedroom with a double bed. Adjacent to this bedroom is the downstairs bathroom including a shower, toilet and hand basin.
A hot and cold external shower area is provided for you as you come up off the beach adjacent to the grassed front garden.
The reverse-cycle airconditioning provides heating or cooling with separate controls for the bedrooms and living areas. There is an intercom security system at the entry and monitoring system throughout the house.
A double, remote controlled lock-up garage allows direct entry to each house through a private, fenced rear courtyard.

Rates

The Glenelg Villa is provided on a self-contained basis. Our daily rates include linen and towels. Prices include GST and can be negotiated for longer term tenancy or late bookings. For stays longer than 12 days, a weekly service and change of linen is included in the tariff.

- provisioning for breakfasts, or pantry service based on a shopping list that you select, including purchase of alcoholic beverages
