The property is located on Sussex St only metres from cosmopolitan Jetty road were you will find cafes, restaurants, cinemas, pubs, clubs, fashion outlets, and more. Near by is also the Holdfast Shores Marina, Harbour Town(where quality brands sell direct)and Adelaides new International airport. Glenelg’s popular sandy beach is only a short walk away as is the tram and other public transport. There is something for everyone in Glenelg; however if you want more Adelaide’s CBD is only a short tram ride away with trams coming and going regularly.

Accommodation
The house can accommodate between 2 and 7 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms and additonal 2 on a quality sofa bed in the separate lounge room.
Together with attached property 2/11 Sussex St and neibouring property 1/7 Sussex St we can accommodate up to 20 people.
Each property is self contained with their own kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom, loundry and a
total of 3 off street car parks.
