A view of the lake can be seen from the dining and lounge area that leads onto the balcony as well as the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with sliding glass doors that opens up to the main balcony overlooking the lake.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Main bathroom has shower, bath and basin.
Separate toilet.
Separate Laundry with washing machine, dryer.
Electric fireplace in the master bedroom.
R/C Airconditioning.
Colour TV, DVD and CD player.

The apartment is located within walking distance to the AAMI Stadium,Westfield Shopping Centre and the Gold VIP Cinemas.
Restaurants are all within walking distance or take a quick drive to Henley Square that is famous for its fine dining and entertainment.
Close to public transport. The apartment is situated approx. 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city.
Across the road is the beautiful beach with white sands that you can see through to Glenelg. Watch the sunset on the beach and at times the dolphins make their appearance.
The Grange Jetty is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and a keen spot for the fisherman.
Packages
Tour Packages to the Vineyards and other attractions can be arranged.
Bookings can be made for weekends (3 nights), weekly and monthly stays. Rates vary according to length of stay.
Minimum 3 night stay.
